i liked the variety of restaurants. The food was AMAZING!!! laerma restaurant stood out. the servers were very kind. i especially appreciated mikaela and marios for their excellent service. i would recommend this hotel to anyone.
the hotel doesn't offer irons, and you must pay for ironing services. i find this inconvenient. it's unusual for a hotel in this category.

I enjoyed the proximity to the beach. It was easy to go for a swim! the food had a great choice in the buffet. It was diverse. our room was comfortable. It included modern amenities.
The times to reserve the restaurants were limited. It was difficult to get a spot. service was sometimes slow. I often had to wait. the playground was not shaded. The kids couldn't use it during the day.

I found the staff hardworking and cute throughout my visit. the cocktails tasted great, and i appreciated that everything was included in the all-inclusive package. i also loved the beach bars. They had plentiful food and drink options available, and the beach was cozy. a la carte dining was offered three times . I was happy about this.

the food and beverage manager kostas greatly improved our dining experience, offering helpful and friendly assistance. numerous staff members, including chrysa, peter, artemisa, mao, tereza, and babylin, delivered lovely and attentive service during dinner. the restaurant manager petros, alongside waitresses nicole and dora, offered excellent services at tsouka restaurant.

Our room was very clean. I found it spacious, which i greatly appreciated. the balcony provided a beautiful view. the hotel is designed and decorated with high-quality interiors and is kept immaculate, excellent considering the number of guests.

The hotel's position facilitates visits to various island landmarks. Renting a car for a day or two is advisable. it is also near rhodes city, but remains peaceful. a short ride can get you to the city.

Our "Beautiful Room Sea View" lacked proper cleaning. The pillows smelled damp, and the bedsheets had visible stains (it really made me uncomfortable). Spiders were also present in the bathroom and garden area. an item went missing after housekeeping visited, it's hard to relax in such conditions.

The bar service by the pool was slow. Only one staff member was often on duty, this created long queues and wait times of up to 20 minutes for a drink. It was disappointing to find no beer in the minibar. I also noted a lack of pool service for swim-up rooms, a feature I have experienced at other similar hotels. I think the management must improve staffing levels.
